Semi Auto Two Head Piston Filler
OVERVIEW
An NPM semi-automatic volumetric liquid filling machine comes in compact versatile construction in elegant matte finish stainless steel and meticulously residing in a sturdy welded MS frame, completely shrouded in stainless sheets and doors, which are provided to act as a user-serviceable opening.
The machine operation is based on a volumetric system with a compact, versatile design and stainless steel body for an elegant matte finish. The containers are manually placed on the platform of the machine under the filling nozzles, with preset motor-operated syringes filling the specified volume into the container. To prevent the liquid from spilling, a bottle guide is fitted to help center the bottles beneath the nozzles. The fill size is readily adjustable for easy operation.
